Jesse Holencik – General Manager
Jesse is the son of Mark, the owner of Holencik Roofing, LLC. He worked installing roofs with his father and brother, Adam, summers during his high school and college years. After graduating from East Stroudsburg University in May of 2000 he came on board full-time. Jesse’s background is in education and believes an educated customer is our best customer.

Joe Duffy – Gutter/Roofing Sales
Joe is originally from Clinton, NJ and before moving to Allentown, in 1999, he worked on the maintenance staff of a large condominium development from 1989 thru 1994. His job duties included the installation of roofs. Before leaving NJ, Joe worked for a fragrance manufacturer in the customer service department. In order to be closer to his growing family, in August 2004 Joe joined Holencik Roofing as Gutter Sales Consultant.
Joe learned much through his experience working for Holencik Roofing LLC and was offered a management position in a different area of the construction industry in 2006. Through this experience, Joe found that his heart was really in working directly with the customer and he missed his coworkers at Holencik Roofing. He returned in April 2008.
Joe is involved in gutter sales, roofing sales, office support, and is a member of the safety committee for Holencik Roofing, LLC.

Adam Holencik – Roofing Supervisor
Adam started with Holencik Roofing, LLC in 1996 when he graduated from high school. He and his father worked side by side installing roofs until 2001 when Mark stopped roofing to take an administrative role in the company. Adam then became the supervisor of the roofing crew. He was also instrumental in setting up the gutter business which began in 2002.
His current responsibilities include overseeing all of the roofing work, both residential and commercial, with hands-on installation of flat roofs and repairs. Adam has also taken on more of an administrative roll with the company since late 2009, attending seminars, developing training and setting monthly improvement goals.

Shawn Eltz – Gutter Foreman
Shawn began his career with Holencik Roofing LLC in 2003 working on the shingle roofing crew. He then learned the ins and outs of gutter installation by working as a helper until he left to pursue new endeavors in 2004. Returning for good in 2007, Shawn has been a valued employee ever since – proving his worth over and over again. He is the supervisor of the gutter crew, but because of his wide range of experience he sometimes is asked to help on both the shingle crew and the repair crew. Shawn understands that quality workmanship, customer service and integrity are important at Holencik Roofing LLC. Because he displays these qualities, he was voted Employee of the Year 2009 by his co-workers.

Ruth Wuchter – Office Manager
Ruth began working at Holencik Roofing part-time in the spring of 2002, her intention was to help get the office organized while searching for a full-time position elsewhere. Today she works full-time and loves her job. Her background is in medical office and supervising and training in a manufacturing setting but, “I’ve always wanted to work in a position where my talents would help change people’s lives and Holencik Roofing has given me that opportunity.”
