Employee of the Year
Each December, at our company Christmas party, we present the Paul Gulich Employee of the Year Award in honor of a former employee who passed away in 2004. Paul was a model employee who started at Holencik Roofing with no experience and an extreme fear of heights. He conquered his fear and eventually became the roofing crew supervisor. Paul’s excellent attendance record, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and commitment to constant improvement inspired all who had the privilege to work along side him. Employees vote for the person they believe best represents these standards.
